Al Badya Tent — Performance Rebuild

A source-code review and a full restructure of an existing Nuxt site, aimed squarely at how fast it loads. All four Lighthouse categories moved, and performance went from 50 to 94.

An existing bilingual site for a tent and marquee manufacturer in the UAE — products, services, a media centre with news, photos and video, and a client list of government departments and councils. It worked. It was slow.

The job at FSIT was to read the source, find what the load was actually being spent on, and restructure the project around the answer instead of patching around it.

After

PageSpeed Insights, desktop, after — performance 94, accessibility 94, best practices 92, SEO 100.

All four categories moved rather than just the one, which is usually what a restructure looks like: the markup being rewritten for load time is the same markup accessibility and SEO are read from.
