Queue Management System
Full queue management platform for service centers — ticketing, counter routing, and live display screens driven by Socket.io. Deployed onto self-service kiosks.

Built at Zeour Ltd and owned end to end — schema, architecture, backend, frontend, and deployment.
Visitors take a ticket, counters call the next number, and the display screens update over Socket.io without a refresh. The whole thing runs on self-service kiosks in the service center, which is what set most of the constraints: the UI had to work on touch, and the real-time layer had to survive a flaky local network without losing a queue position.
